摘　　要：脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇是粮谷中一种普遍存在的真菌毒素,对它的检测和限量非常重要,对其提取、净化、检测技术的新进展等方面进行了综述。Deoxynivalenol is one of the fungal toxins which exist widely in cereals,it is very important to detect and limit them.The new progress on the technique of extraction,purification and determination were summarized.
