摘  要:针对如何有效利用再生制动节约能量,合理分配各轮再生制动力,以及协调再生与摩擦制动的关系等影响混合动力车辆节能效果及制动安全的关键问题,以轮边驱动液压混合动力车辆为原型,根据垂直载荷变化、制动安全性、能量再生效率和储能元件充能状态等因素,提出了基于后向建模方法的轮边驱动液压混合动力车辆制动控制策略。通过在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立模型仿真进行验证,得到了典型工况下车速与液压蓄能器压力变化、再生制动能量回收的关系。结果表明,该控制策略能够在保证制动安全的前提下有效提高能量再生效率。A braking control strategy was proposed for a wheel drive hydraulic hybrid vehicle(WDHHV) based on the backward modeling method.The strategy considered the changes of the vertical loads,the braking safety,the braking energy regeneration efficiency,and the state of charge of the energy accumulator,to solve such key problems that influence the energy-saving effects and the braking safety of the WDHHV as how to effectively utilize the energy saved by the regenerative braking,to reasonably distribute the regenerative braking force on each wheel,and to harmonize the relationship between the regenerative and the frictional braking.The relatiors among the vehicle speed,the pressure change in energy accumulator,and the regenerated energy were obtained through modeling and simulation in the environment of Matlab/Simulink.The results showed that the proposed strategy can effectively enhance the energy regeneration efficiency with the precondition of braking safety.
