语篇的形和神——隐喻的语篇功能分析

摘　　要：本文通过研究隐喻的语篇功能,论证其在行文中的统形作用和化神之效,即它像一条无形的线,把语篇编织成一个有活力的有机整体,同时,它也为作者提供无限的创意空间,为读者留下想象的自由,从而彰显主题,使语篇的神外显于形。此外,本文还论证认知隐喻理论为培养学生的跨文化交际意识提供一个很好的平台。Through studying the functions of metaphor in the creation of effective discourse, this paper expounds upon the fact that metaphors can weave a discourse like an intangible thread and control the whole form. Meanwhile, the skillful use of metaphor provides the author with endless room for creation and leaves the readers space for the free exercise of imagination. Additionally, the paper elaborates the view that cognitive metaphorical theory can help students better understand other cultures.
