摘　　要：信息不对称直接引发课程政策执行过程中的信息损耗，导致课程政策执行效益偏低，并诱发课程政策制订者的奖惩错位现象。为此，应通过强化交流与培训、缩短课程政策执行的层级代理链条、建立有效的“报警”监督机制等措施，以有效缓解信息不对称对课程政策执行所产生的影响。Information asymmetry leads to information loss in the process of curriculum policy implementation, results in lower efficiency of curriculum policy implementation and induces policy-makers＂ reversal phenomenon of rewards and punishment. So, we should strengthen intercourse and training, reduce levels of curriculum policy implementation, and establish effective monitoring mechanism to mitigate effectively the effect of information asymmetry on curriculum policy implementation.
