摘  要:实施专科生导师制,将有无导师的各专业学生成绩进行对比研究。结果显示各专业学生对导师满意度均在80%以上。相同专业相同科目情况下,有导师指导的学生的学习成绩比无导师指导的更好。专科生导师制的实施改善了学校的整体教学质量,使学生素质和学习成绩得到了提高。By implementing tutor system for medical students of junior college, we could compare the academic performance of various major students with or without tutors. 80% students of various majors were satisfied with their tutors. As for the same major and the same course, students with tutor' s guidance scored higher than those without. The implementation of tutor system for junior college students has improved the school' s overall quality of teaching, improved the students' quality and academic achievement.
