摘　　要：职业教育教师在学生"从学校到工作"的过渡过程中起着举足轻重的作用。利用STW过渡模型理论分析"直接过渡模型"、"长期过渡模型"、"双重角色过渡模型"和"普通过渡模型"四种过渡模型下代表国家的典型的教师角色,并通过对我国过渡模型及其教师角色的分析认为,教师根据过渡模型的发展变化来调整自己的角色将是国家职业教育政策的一个重要主题。Vocational education teachers play important role in the transition of ＂from school to work＂ of students. Analyzing the typical teacher＇s role of representative countries of four kinds of transition models including ＂direct transition model＂, ＂long term transition model＂, ＂dual-role transition model＂ and ＂general transition model＂ by STW transition model theory, through analysis on transition model and teacher＇s role in China, the essay put forward that, teachers adjusting role according to the development and change of transition model will be an important theme of vocational education policy in China.
