摘　　要：为提高食品卫生监督管理水平,我们开发了一套食品卫生监督监测管理系统软件,它由食品卫生监督监测基本情况和食品卫生监督文书两大模块组成,提供对食品卫生标准、法律法规、法律文书、行政处罚、食物中毒及食品生产经营单位基本情况等资料的查询、修改、制作、打印等,基本实现了食品卫生监督监测的微机辅助管理.In order to enhance the quality of management of food hygiene supervision, we have developed a series of management system softwares on food hygiene supervision and monitoring. The system is composed of two modules concerning fundamental information about food inquiring,modifying,developing and printing the information concerning food hygiene criteria,regulations,law documents,administrative penalty,food poisoning,and introduction to food manufacturers and management units.Consequently.it can basically fulfil the computer assisted managment for food hygiene supervision and monitoring.
