摘 要:[目的]探明蕙兰的花香成分及相对含量。[方法]采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术进行测定分析。[结果]从蕙兰中共检出36种香气成分,鉴定出33种,主要包括烷烃类、醇类、酮类、酯类、萜烯类及芳香族化合物。芳香族化合物的相对含量最高,达到了54.24%,醇类、酯类、萜烯类、烷烃类和酮类化合物的含量相差不大。[结论]二苯硫醚、视黄醇、二苯甲酮、二苯砜、非洲桧素、11-苯基-10-二十一烯和十六烷是蕙兰主要花香成分。[ Objective] The research aimed to analyze the chemical components in Cymbidium faberi and their relative content. [ Method ] The aromatic components were analyzed by headspace solid phase micro-extraction ( HS-SPME ) with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). [ Result ] 36 components were detected and 33 of them were identified in Cymbidiumfaberi, including alkanes, alcohols, ketones, esters, terpenes and aromatic compounds, the content of aromatic compounds were the highest, they were 70.29%. [ Conclusion] Diphenylsulfide, retinol, benzophenone, diphenylsulfone, procerin, 11-phenyl-10-heneicosene and hexadecane were the major aromatic components in C. faberi.
