摘　　要：1942年延安文艺座谈会的召开使现代文艺发展进程中的许多重要问题得到相对一致的方向性指引和一元化规训。《讲话》以后渐次展开的"文化下乡"运动促使作家在思想改造与语言实践的层面进一步"工农兵"化,然而作家语言观念的转变一旦落实到文学实践,仍然遭遇到叙述语言和人物语言难以协调的创作难题。Yan＇an forum on literature and art held in 1942, which made many problems in the process of modern literature and art development to be indicated directionally and normalized singularly. The speech in Yan＇an forum on literature and art made the authors approach workers, peasants and soldiers in ideological reform and language practice after a series of movements of ＂ culture to countryside＂, however, if the transformation of the authors＂ language concept is implemented in their creating practices, the authors will encounter the creating problem that they cannot coordinate the relationship between narrative language and characters language.
