语境顺应视角下的汉英公示语翻译

摘　　要：由Verschueren提出并发展的语言"顺应理论"从顺应的角度系统而全面地阐述了人类语言运用的动态过程。本文将翻译纳入语用学的研究范围,结合翻译实例,从语境关系顺应角度探讨汉英公示语的翻译。在语境因素的作用下,译文的选择应该是做出顺应的动态过程,这种顺应应根据不同的语境而变化,最大限度地满足交际双方的需要。This paper,from the perspective of adaptation theory,endeavors to reveal its enlightenment on Chinese-English translation through its contextual adaptation,including physical world,social world and psychological world.With substantial examples,it could be drawn that public signs translation is indeed a process of constant efforts for translators to make linguistic choices in respect to context so as to adapt their works to communicative activity.
