摘　　要：分析研究虚拟学习社区群体学习特征有助于提高学习者的学习绩效和社区的建设水平。本文以"天涯虚拟学习社区"为例,从群体心理、学习行为、从众与服从和"意见领袖"效应四个角度分析虚拟学习社区的群体学习特征,并在此基础提出了群体学习活动的设计、隐性知识的传播、学习共同体的搭建三个具体的群体学习知识建构策略。It will help learners to improve learning performance and the level of community construction to study virtual Learning Community＇ s group learning characteristics. In this paper, ＂Tian Ya Virtual Learning Community＂as an example, we analyze the virtual learning community＇ s group learning characteristics from the four angles of group psychology, learning behavior, conformi- ty and obedience,and the ＂opinion leaders＂ effect. We propose a design group learning activities, learning community structures, the spread of tacit knowledge in three specific strategies for group learners to construct knowledge.
