摘　　要：本文通过对某高中23名骨干教师的开放调查,及对其中两位教师的在线深度访谈,揭示了阻碍教师利用博客进行实践反思的八种因素,并就其中教师的时间精力、对博客的认识、教学反思力和博客平台的特性四种因素,提出了一些意见和建议。The paper raises 8 factors that hinder teachers to do educational narrative research and reflect using the blog through an open investigation of 23 core teachers, and an online in-depth review of 2 teachers, among which we discuss the following 4 factors： Time, Understanding of the blog, Reflection ability, and Characteristics of Blog, and make some suggestions in connection with them.
