摘　　要：分析了教师团队的基本内涵和基本特征,从目标定位、团队组建、团队管理和团队文化四个方面论述了教师团队的内涵建设和体会。This paper researched and analyzed the basic connotation and the basic features of teacher-team,and also this paper discussed the connotation construction and experience of the pure mathematics teacher-team based on target location,team building,team management and team culture.
