摘　　要：立足地方高等院校,针对高等数学教学师资队伍的建设问题,将"青年教师培养"作为核心,建立、实施了一系列培养制度和措施,并结合实践经验,构建一套完整、切实可行的师资队伍建设策略。在短短几年的实践过程后,有力地提高了我校高等数学教学师资队伍的整体水平。For the construction of advanced mathematics teaching staff,this paper sets up and carries out a series of cultivation systems and measures which treat ＂young teachers cultivate＂ as the core based on local institutions for higher learning.Then a comprehensive,viable construction strategy of teaching staff is build by combing with practical experience.Just a few years practice later,it has effectively improved our advanced mathematics teachers teaching in the overall level.
