摘  要:新时期藏区青少年德育工作体制在多元文化冲击下,存在诸多不适方面。传统藏区德育模式受内地影响过重,缺乏独创性,专职德育工作者过少,工作机制不健全。解决途径有:一方面要转变“等靠要”思路,立足藏区实际,汲取多元文化优点,开发本地优秀德育资源。制定适切的德育指导方针;另一方面完善德育工作机制,设立专职德育工作者,变革德育工作途径,扩大德育工作者队伍,提高德育工作水平。In the new period, there are some unsuitable aspects in the system of the Tibet teenager moral education which is confronted by multi-culture. The model of the traditional Tibet moral education which is short of creating, moral educator, distemperedncss of the system is affected by the model of inland. In order to improve the quality of the Tibet teenager moral education ,it need change idea which waits ,depeds, gets helps from outside into ideas which derives from advantage of multi-culture, exploits the local excellent resource , makes guideline of suitable moral education ; on the other hand ,it need take measures which includes of perfecting system of moral education , setting up professorial moral educator, reforming the methods of the moral educatior, enlarging the members of the educator.
