摘　　要：个人知识是公共知识的个体化和个性化。学生个人知识不是某一种具体的知识形式，而是在学习人类知识成果过程中的感悟与在实践中的知识二者的混合体。学生个人知识是学生生活知识、体验性知识和批判性知识相互作用、相互交叉而构成。学生个人知识既是教育的起点，也是教育的终极价值取向。在教育过程中，学生个人知识的个体性、体验性和情境性、批判性与动态性成为教育“转识成智”的有效途径。Personal knowledge is the individual and personalized of the public knowledge. Personal knowledge of students is not a specific forms of knowledge, but a mixture both the results of human knowledge in the process of perception inlearning and knowledge in practice. Personal knowledge of students is the interaction and cross-cutting of the life knowledge, experienced knowledge and critical knowledge Personal knowledge of students is not only a starting point for education, but also the ultimate value of education. In the education process, the characters of personal knowledge of students：--individual, experiential and situational, critical and dynamic nature--turn education ＂from knowledge into wise＂ in an effective way.
