摘  要:为了分析新型啮合式电动机的性能,根据磁化曲线构造近似模型对电机进行分析,提出了一种啮合电机的快速非线性模型。把电流和转子位置角对电机性能的影响分开讨论,构建了以电流和转子位置角为变量的磁链连续函数,避免了以往分段模型的不连贯所带来的计算困难。通过构造磁链解析式,并对其进行积分、微分操作,最终得到电流、转矩的解析解。此模型具有连续可导可积分的特性,具有很好的计算速度和精度。仿真结果表明此模型可以实现对啮合电机性能的准确快速分析。A simple nonlinear model was developed for the Gear Motor based on the nonlinear functions for the flux linkage, according to the magnetization curve similar to the model structure, in order to analyze the electrical characteristics of the motor. The model separated the effects of the winding current and the rotor position to give the continuous differentiable equation that can easily predict the performance of Gear Motor, linear function was constructed to avoid the sub-model of the previous calculation of the difficulties brought about, as well as the mutual coherence between by constructing analytical flux and its integral, differential operation, and ultimately to be current, torque of the analytical solution. This model has a continuous derivative features which can be integrated and differential with the calculation of good speed and calculation accuracy. The simulation results show that this model can be fast and accurate performance analysis, applied to mesh-type motor performance analysis.
