脑血栓患者凝血因子Ⅴ基因突变的研究

摘　　要：本文采用单链构型多态分析法检测３０例脑血栓患者凝血因子Ⅴ基因Ａ２区和ＤＮＡ片段（此处含活性蛋白Ｃ结合位点）。结果发现６例脑血栓患者有不同于正常人的基因突变，提示凝血因子Ⅴ基因突变是脑血栓发病的主要风险之一。DNA samples from 30 patients with cerebral thrombosis were defected by single strand conformation polymorphism analysis with A2 domains (which contain Apc binding sites) of the human coagulation factor V gene. The mutaltions of the gene were detected in 6 cases with cerebral thrombosis and no mutations were detected in nomal subjects. The gene mutation in factor V is one of the main risk factors for cerebral thrombosis for mutation.
