摘　　要：在利用食用菌发酵海带下脚料提取膳食纤维的放大试验中应用尾气在线检测的方法,通过对尾气的在线检测,掌握发酵过程进展情况,以便对发酵工艺作出适时调整。The method of exhaust gas on-line detection was applied in the scale-up experiment of extracting dietary fiber from kelp off-cuts fermented by edible fungi. Through detecting exhaust gas on-line, the advance instance of fermentation course is controlled, in order to adjust the technic of fermentation timely.
