摘　　要：文章根据作者参加的中德师资培训项目,介绍了德国基于工作过程的课程开发理论体系。以工作过程为导向的职业教育在设计上解构了传统的学科体系的职业教育,建构了理论与实践相结合的一体化的职业教育模式。The paper introduces the curriculum development theory system bases on the German work-process according to the author participated in the Sino-German teacher training programs.The vocational education of work-process-oriented deconstructs vocational education of traditional discipline system,and builds a vocational education mode of the integration of theory and practice combination.
