摘  要:新课程改革的实施,顺应了时代的要求,汲取了诸如人本主义教育的理念,教育民主的理念,教育公平的理念,主体性教育的理念,个性发展理念等。新课程标准实施至今也已不少时日,它带来了不少变革,不少争议和不少探索,也促使教育不断的向前发展。在这种新标准的指导下我们教师的教学需要什么?我们学生的学习需要什么?以下结合几年来的教学实践谈谈自己的看法。The new curriculum reforms the implementation, complied with the time request, has derived such as humanism education idea, the education democracy idea, educates the fair idea, the main body sex education idea, the individuality development idea and so on. The new curriculum standard implementation also many date and time, it has brought many transformations until now, many disputes and many explorations, also urges the education unceasing forward development. Does our teacher's teaching need what in under this kind of new standard instruction? What does our student's study need? Following unifies for several year teaching practices to chat own view.
