教师招考命题质量控制的研究

摘　　要：福建省首次采用考试面向社会公开招聘农村小学教师,对加强农村小学教师队伍建设,提高教育教学质量具有极其重要的意义。而如何科学、准确、规范、公正地命题,保证教师公开招考的命题质量是至关重要的。通过对一般考试项目考试质量的命题误差的分析,以及对考试命题质量控制措施的研究,在理论与实践相结合的基础上,着力探究以五维度对农村小学教师公开招考命题质量实施控制,以确保教师公开招考的公平性和有效性。It is the first time to recruit teachers of primary school and middle school in public by provincial examination. Tiffs measure is greatly significant to strengthen the teacher troop construction and develop the instructional quality. It is important to design a scientific, exact, nonnative and equitable test for the examinatin quality , in the current paper, the test - writing enror of a common examination is analyzed and the control measure of test - uniting quality is studied. Based on the combine of theory , and practice, five dimensionalities control measure is researched to ensure the equitableness and validity of the examination for admitting teachers.
