摘　　要：全军呼吸内科研究所自改革开放以来,从事医学硕士、博士研究生教育30余年,全体教职员工积极开展研究生教育国际化的探索和实践,与时俱进借鉴国外先进教育理念,结合我国具体国情和不同时期研究生自身特点,在研究生科研能力培养、学位论文选题方向、创新性、学术论文水平、课题相关综述等方面,以及研究生科研软硬件设施的合理利用等方面积累了一定经验。在研究生培养质量的提高和国际化进程中进行了有效的探索。Since reform took place in China 30 years ago, Respiratory Institutes of P.L. A. have conducted the international education practice and research in training postgraduates and doctor candidates. They advance with the times by learning successful education new idea from abroad, and practice them according to the special condition of our country and the differences of students in different times. Now, they have many experiences in the fields of students＇ research ability, research project selection, innovation, paper writing and review writing.These are good step towards raising the international education level and quality.
