摘　　要："使无业者有业,使有业者乐业"集中反映了黄炎培先生对职业教育与人的发展关系的认识:主张职业教育不仅为个人谋生,而且重视为社会服务;不仅强调职业技能训练,而且重视职业道德教育;不仅强调授予一技之长,而且重视学生的全面发展。这一思想,对克服当今职教界片面强调职业教育社会价值中的经济价值,在一定程度上忽视人的全面发展的价值的倾向有着十分重要的现实意义。＂To make the unemployed be employed and the employed work in peace and contentment＂ reflects Huang Yanpei＇s understanding of the relationship between vocational education and human development, which argues that vocational education should attach great importance to serving the society as well as making a living, it should place emphases not only on vocational skills training but also on professional ethics education, it should lay stresses on both professional skills and overall development of the students. This thought is of great realistic significance to change the tendency of overemphasis on the economic value among the social values of vocational education and neglect of the value of the overall human development.
