摘  要:借助学校的工科优势,通过整合原有实验教学资源,加大硬件条件建设投入,建立新的实验教学体系,建设校内实习创新基地,优化配置师资队伍,增强实验教学质量工程建设,形成食品科学与工程实验教学的工程特色,真正培养学生的工程能力和科技创新能力。Through the integration of the original experimental teaching resources,enhancement of capital investment for hardware and optimization of the allocation of teachers, a new experimental teaching system and a new school internship base were established. With the construction of experimental teaching system and school internship base, the quality of experimental teaching was promoted and the engineering characteristic of food science and engineering education was formed. In conclusion, the experimental teaching system can supply comprehensive solution to train students' engineering ability and innovation of science and technology.
