摘　　要：开放教育是一种全新的教学模式,它对电大教师的教学方法提出了新的要求。文章首先介绍了电大开放教育专科《系统开发规范与文档编写》课程的内容与教学特点,分析和讨论了课程教学的现状,并对课程教学改革实践进行了研究与探索。Opening education is a brand-new teaching mode which requires new teaching methods from the teachers. This article starts by introducing the course The Norm of System Development and Documentation used by the TVU opening education students its contents and pedagogical characteristics. Then it comes to analyze and discuss the status quo of course instruction. It also makes some research on pedagogical reform of this course.
