试论道德行为与道德品质

摘　　要：道德行为与道德品质有不可分割的内在联系,道德品质是道德行为的积累,也是道德行为的原因。道德行为是道德品质形成的原因,也是道德品质的外在表现,道德品质与道德行为一体两面。"品质"与"品行"是相通的,前者侧重内在方面、后者侧重外在方面。行为总是依据一定的原则而行动,所以道德行为与道德品质的关系就是道德原则与道德品质的关系。道德原则与道德品质是对应的。有什么样的道德原则,就有什么样的道德品质。The moral behavior and the moral character have the inalienable inner link. The moral character is the moral behavior accumulation, also the moral behavior reason. The moral behavior is the mason which the moral character forms, also the moral character external performance. The behavior always rests on certain principle to move. Therefore the relation between moral behavior and moral character is the one between ethical principle and the moral character. The ethical principle and the moral character are the correspondence. What ethical principle is what moral character.
