摘 要:盾构扩挖法建造地铁车站能够很好地解决地铁建设中盾构过站的问题。选取北京地铁10号线三元桥车站自起始里程18.6 m范围作为试验段,开展盾构法与明挖法结合建造地铁车站的结构方案研究。根据三元桥车站试验段的地理位置和建筑结构设计要求,进行塔柱式和立柱式共4种车站型式的结构设计,比选后推荐采用2.5 m侧站台立柱式车站结构方案。对该新型地铁车站结构设计中的关键问题,即特殊管片结构以及管片与车站主体结构连接的节点设计进行详细探讨,同时对结构防水方案进行研究。该结构方案符合国内目前的盾构技术和经济水平,为后续的研究工作奠定良好的基础。The problem of shield machine driving through a station in Metro construction can be well solved by combining shield-driven tunnelling with mining or open cut excavation. Taking the starting 18.6 m of the Sanyuanqiao Station of Beijing Metro Line 10 as the test section, the structure scheme of the Metro station adop- ting shield tunnelling and open cut methods was studied. According to the geographical position of the Sanyuanqiao Station and the design requirements of architectures and structures, 4 kinds of station structures were designed including the pylon column station and vertical column station, Finally the 2.5 m side vertical col- umn station was recommended. The special segment structure and joints of the segments with the main station structure, the key issues in structure design of a new Metro station, were studied in detail. The waterproof scheme of the station structure was also studied. The proposed Metro station structure scheme is in line with the level of the domestic shielding technology and economic strength. It has laid a good basis for follow-up researches.
