摘  要:随着教育的全球化,教育的国际交流日趋频繁,中小学教师的在职培训也随之受到了普遍重视,通过国际间的比较发现,无论是西方国家还是处于发展中的中国,教师培训都各具特色,无论是培训目的、培训内容还是培训模式都从本国的国情和教情出发,了解西方国家的教师在职培训情况对我国教师在职培训的发展有重要意义。With the globalizafion of education, international communication of education has become more frequent. On -job trainings for teachers in elementary and middle schools have been attached importance to. The eontrastive study between Western countries and China shows that the on -job trainings for teachers either in Western countries or in the developing China have their own characteristics. They base themselves on their national conditions when designing their training objectives, training content and training modules. It is very important for us to know the on -job training for teaebers in Western countries.
