摘 要:目的:探讨案例导入与问题设置教学法应用于《护理管理学》的教学效果。方法:将学生分为实验组和对照组,分别运用案例导入与问题设置教学法和传统教学方法,比较两种教学法的教学效果和学生的满意度。结果:两种教学法在激发学生学习兴趣、提高学生解决问题能力、培养学生创新性思维和团队合作精神等方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Objective: To explore the effects of the case-introduction and questionplacement teaching method in Nursing Management course. Methods: The students were divided into experimental group and control group. The case-introduction and questionplacement teaching method was implemented in experimental group, while waditional teaching method in control group. The effects and students' satisfaction were compared between these two groups. Results: There were several significant differences between these two groups (P 〈0.01), such as the level of the students' learning interests, their problem-solving skills, their creative thinking and team-work spirits, etc.
