摘　　要：在阐述高校教师教育能力内涵的基础上,指出现已成为高校教育教学主力军的青年教师,虽具有高学历和扎实的专业知识,但存在教学实践经验、教育教学能力缺乏,职业素养有待提高等问题,并就加强高校青年教师教育能力建设提出对策建议。With the analysis of the connotation of eduation capacity, the paper points out, as the main educational and teaching force in colleges and universities, young teachers are lack of teaching experience, education and teaching capacity, and their professional accomplishments need to be improved, although they have higher academic degrees as well as solid professional knowledge. Therefore, the countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward to enhance the construction of their education capacity.
