摘 要:以雪莲果叶中的酚酸为纯化对象,通过对8种大孔吸附树脂对雪莲果叶酚酸的静态吸附性能研究,筛选出X-5型树脂为适合雪莲果叶酚酸的吸附树脂,并对雪莲果叶酚酸在树脂上的吸附、解吸特性和吸附动力学行为进行了研究。结果表明:X-5树脂对雪莲果叶酚酸的静态吸附率为77·02%,解吸率为91·41%。本实验的纯化工艺条件为:上样液pH3·0,上样液浓度1·384mg/mL,上柱流速1mL/min,解吸剂乙醇浓度50%,洗脱流速1mL/min,解吸率为98·52%,采用上述纯化工艺,可将雪莲果叶酚酸纯度提高到46·8%。In this article, purification process of phenolic acid in yacon leaves was studied with macroporous resin.It was X-5 that the best resin by comparing static adsorption capability of 8 resins. The optimum conditions for separating and purifying phenolic acid of yacon leaves were obtained. The results showed that, the static adsorption rate was 77.02%, desorption rate was 91.41% ,when the content of phenolic acid of initial sample was 1.384mg/mL, pH3.0,with 50% ethanol as eluting solvent, while the moving speed of was t mL/min and the eluting speed 1mL/min, desorption rate was 98.52% ,the purity of phenolic acid of yacon leaves was 46.8%.
