摘　　要：微生物学实验是微生物学教学的重要内容。为提高教学效果,作者结合微生物实验教学实践,在教学中采用PBL教学法,并根据该法的要求调整实验教学内容,激发了学生的学习兴趣,促进了学生综合能力的培养及创造性思维的建立。Microbiology labs are an important part of microbiology teaching.In order to improve the effects of teaching,microbiology labs were combined with practica.The PBL method is used in teaching and lab coursework is adjusted according to PBL.This stimulates students＇ interest,fosters their overall ability,and encourages creative thought.
