摘  要:为了研究重载机车制动安全性问题,以大秦线上运行的2万t级组合列车为例,对其采用的LAF车钩受纵向制动压钩力作用下的复位原理进行分析.在充分考虑钩缓装置的各种位移、刚度特性的基础上,建立了钩缓装置的动力学模型,并将其应用到以HXD2机车牵引万t级列车模型中.对承受纵向压钩力时重载机车的动力学问题,尤其是安全性问题进行了研究.分析表明,HXD2机车上所采用的2种车钩均采用钩肩稳钩与车体稳钩相结合的方式提供车钩的复位力矩.通过动力学仿真研究了不同车钩自由偏转角时,机车所能承受的最大纵向压钩力,结果表明,随着自由偏振角的增大,机车所能承受的最大纵向压钩力不断降低.当机车具有的自动复位力矩可以满足直线运行安全性时,其曲线上制动的安全性也能得到保证.指出车钩纵向压钩力的存在与机车轮缘磨耗有很大关系,钩缓装置的复位能力不足会显著增大轮缘的偏磨.To research the safety problem of the heavy haul locomotive during the brake cases, the T20000 heavy haul running on the DaQin track is taken for example in this paper. The structure and the principle of the coupler reposition under the longitudinal press force of LAF coupler used on the HXD2 locomotive are researched. The dynamic model of the coupler and the draft gear are set up based on the full consideration of all kinds of displacement, stiffness character of the coupler and draft gear, then the HXD2 locomotive traction T20000 train model is applied to the sub model of coupler. The dynamic performance, especially the safety problem of the heavy haul locomotive with the longitudinal press force on the coupler, is researched through the dynamic simulation. Through structure analyses, it is found that both the two counler used on the HXD2 locomotive adopt the coupler shoulder and the car body provide the reposition moment of the coupler. The biggest longitudinal press force, which the locomotive can afford with the condition of different free rotation angle of the coupler, is analyzed with the dynamic simulation method. The results show that the longitudinal press force on the coupler which the locomotive can afford continuously decreases with the increase of the free rotation angle of the coupler. And if the coupler reposition moment of the locomotive can satisfy the safety requirement of the locomotive on the straight track, the safety of the locomotive during the brake on the curve track also can be assured. Finally, it is pointed out that there is a big relation between the wheel set flange abrade and the coupler longitudinal press force. The wheel set flange abrades increases significantly if the coupler reposition moment is not enough.
