摘　　要：讨论了f-Pn[f′]的值分布问题,得到关于Hayman问题的一个推广:定理1设f为超越亚纯函数,aj(j=1,2,…,m-1)为f的小函数,m,n为自然数.记P[f′]=(f′)m+a1(f′)m-1+…+am-1f′则当n≥3时,f-pn[f′]取任意有穷复数无穷多次.The value distribution of f-P^n[f＇] is discussed, one popularization of Hayman problem is obtained in this paper.Theorem 1 Let f is a transcendental Meromorphic function, rn and n positive integers,T（r,aj） =o（T（r,f））（j=1,2…,m-1）.Let f-P^n[f＇]=P[f＇]=（f＇）m＋a1（f＇）^m-1＋…＋am-1f＇then when n≥3,f-P^n[f＇]assumes every finite complex infinitely often
