摘　　要：分析了临床教研室建设中存在的问题,认为要通过提高临床教师教学意识,完善教研室工作制度,加强临床教师的教学能力培养,提高课堂授课质量,引导临床教师参与教学改革与教学研究等具体实践,确保医学人才的培养质量。The article makes an analysis on the problems existing in the construction of clinical teaching and research section. Meanwhile, the author proposes such ways to ensure the high quality of cultivation of medical professionals as strengthening the teaching awareness of clinical teachers and the cultivation of their teaching abilities, improving the teaching quality and working system of the teaching and research section, and leading clinical teachers to engage themselves in procedures of pedagogic reform and teaching research.
