摘　　要：山西电大在开放教育教学资源开发建设及其使用过程中都存在一些问题,我们要努力研究解决这些问题,尽快提高教学资源的使用效率,搞好网络课程建设开发,搞好教学管理服务,从而打造电大开放教育品牌。There existing some problems in the construction and use of opening education teaching resources in Shanxi TV University, so we should try to study and solve them, thereby enhancing the efficiency of teaching resources, developing the construction of network courses, doing a good job in the teaching management service, thus making TV University opening education brand.
