摘　　要：本文阐述了军队医院聘用制人员人力资源管理激励机制的现状及存在问题,探讨了激励机制在聘用制人员资源管理中的重要作用,剖析了问题根源,提出了改进激励机制的对策与方法。Based on military hospital, researchers described current situation and existing problems of incentive mechanism for human resource management of engagement personnel in their hospital, and analyzed the reasons of that. Then, some strategies and tactics to improve the current incentive mechanism were promoted. At last, impor-tance of incentive mechanism in human resource management of engagement personnel is explored according to implementation practice.
