摘　　要：在界定了本科生导师制的基本概念、实施意义基础上,以怀化学院生命科学系的本科生导师制工作作为研究对象.通过个别访谈、实例调研、问卷调查等方法对该系的本科生导师制工作的具体情况进行了调查;考察该系本科生导师制实施的基本情况和存在的主要问题,并思考这些问题产生的原因,包括学院方面、导师方面和学生自身等方面的原因.最后提出几条完善该系本科生导师制工作的合理化建议,以期更好地完善该系本科生导师制工作.After defining the general content of undergraduate tutorial system （ UTS）, the historical development of such system and the great importance of its implementation, UTS in Urban Development Department, Huaihua University has been selected as the research object. Investigation has been conducted throughindividual interviews, cases research and questionnaire survey to study the conditions of its implementation, find the real problems in the process of implementing the system and to analyze the reasons. Finally, some reasonable suggestions are given to improve the UTS in Urban Development Department. We hope all the suggestions will be helpful to improving the undergraduate tutorial system in Urban Develonment Department.
