摘　　要：中小学教师在与高校开展合作研究时,没有体现研究者角色,形成身份缺失的现象。文章分析了研究者身份缺失的种种表现及影响,进而提出一些改进的策略,为丰富基层教师对教育的理解做一点尝试,期望能给教育工作者带来一些启发和思考。The elementary and high schools teachers has not manifested the researcher role, and forms the phenomenon of missing identity when carry out the cooperation research with the university. The article analyzes identity of the missing researchers＇ all sorts of performance and the influence, and then it proposes some improvement strategy. The strategy will make a little attempt to enrich the understanding of educator .Also, bring educators some hope, inspiration and reflection.
