浅析高职院校校园文化与企业文化的对接与融合

摘　　要：目前,校企合作已经成为我国高职教育发展的必然趋势,实现学校与企业之间的"零距离"对接,是高职教育实现高素质技能人才培养目标的必然要求。高职院校独特的培养目标和教育模式,要求校园文化融入更多的企业文化特色。At present, school-enterprise cooperation has become inevitable developing trend of higher vocational education in China. The paper proposes that it is an inevitable request for training talented persons with high quality and professional technique to achieve ＂zero distance＂ docking between school and enterprises. The unique training objective and education mode of higher vocational schools require more corporate culture integrates into the campus culture.
