高职应用写作课程的职业实践能力结构与教学设计研究

摘　　要：高职学生职业实践能力包括两个方面的涵义,一是职业岗位能力,另一个是职业普遍的适应能力;高职应用写作课程中所培养的学生职业实践能力是学生具有的解决企业文案的事务的职业岗位能力与普遍的职业适应能力;高职应用写作课程设计改革的新方法、新路径必须是设立新的以企业文案营运内容为课程教学内容的课程核心体系,彻底改变行政管理为导向的应用写作旧的教学内容体系,并建立职业岗位导向式的项目管理化的教学驱动模式、过程模式与考核模式。The connotation of the students＇ vocational practical capacity consists in two aspects： one is job role capability, and the other is the general job adapatability. The Writing Course in higher vocational education is committed to cultivating students＇ vocational practical capacity, which can help students deal with the paper work affairs in the enterprises. The new methods and approaches of the reform of the Wrting Course should be grounded on the new teaching content as the core, namely the actual operation of paper work in the enterprises, and should avoid the older teaching content, namely the administration-oriented writing system. The driving mode, process mode and assessment mode of teaching based on job role-oriented project management should be established.
