摘　　要：农村中小学远程教育工程的有效利用及可持续发展涉及到人、设备、技术、资金、教学实践、管理等各方面的因素,是一个复杂的系统推进的过程.本研究通过对赣州市农村中小学远程教育工程利用实践的调查,分析了其有效利用的制约因素,提出了相关的建议与对策.The effective using and sustainable developmentof distance education project in rural schools is related to people, equipment, technology, funding, teaching practice, management, and other factors. It is a complex system in the advancing process, in this study, we investigated the using status quo of distance education project in rural areas of Ganzhou City, and analysed its constraints and proposed relevant recommendations and countermeasures.
