摘　　要：在远程开放教育中,良好的学习支持服务是保证远程学习成功的支柱和基础。通过对我国学习支持服务现状的分析,剖析了学习支持服务体系中存在的问题,并就具体问题给出具体的解决策略,以期对我国远程教育的发展提供帮助。Good learning supporting service is the mainstay and foundation to ensure the success of distance learning education. The author probes into the development of learning supporting service system, analyses the existing problem, then proposes strategies, hoping that this can be helpful to the development of distance learning.
