摘 要:归纳了"三段式"教学模式并分析了该成果取得的理论基础,包括该成果符合大学生身心发展规律、符合认知规律和符合动作技能形成规律,同时也分析了激发教与学两个积极性的内在机制是"三自主"的选课方式。主要结论:(1)"三段式"教学模式符合教育部《全国普通高校体育课程教学指导纲要》精神,符合体育教学基本规律,也符合当前大学生的实际情况,有推广价值。(2)"三自主"的选课机制符合"以人为本"、以学生为主体的理念,能充分激发教与学两个方面的积极性,为提高教育教学质量奠定基础。To begin with a brief introduction to regular practices of the course reform,in-cluding setup of the reform aim,constitution of the new model systerm and its curriculum program,the paper points out all the effects of the reform such as the improvement of utilization of gymnasiums facilities,more freedom of integrality of inside and outside class.On the basis of above,the paper proposesthe "three-stage"teaching modei and analyzes its theoretical faundation.It conforms to the rule of the students'spiritual and physical development,to the rule of cognition and rule of formation of physical movement skills.Finally the paper draw its conclusions.On conclusion is that the "three-stage"teaching model can be popularized because it is consistent with the sprit of "An Outline Cuidance for Courses of Physical Education in General Colleges Universities in China"by the Education Department of China,consistent with the teaching rules of physical education and consistent with the realistic conditions of the present college students.Another conclusion is that the "three-automomy"course optional systerm can help to improve teaching quality and full inspire activeness in teaching and learning,because it is in line with the value of the humanistic "student-orienlating",thus laying a good foundationfor the improvement of education quality.
