摘 要:通过《管理学原理》的教学,学生不能仅仅局限于了解或掌握管理活动的普遍规律、基本原理与一般方法等理论知识,更重要的是要培养学生具备管理实践能力,即要具备将管理理论知识应用于解决实际管理问题的能力,达到理论与实践相结合、学以致用的目的。但是目前以课堂讲授为主的传统教学模式无法实现上述目标。为此,提出《管理学原理》的教学模式应该以培养学生管理实践能力为核心,走"精讲管理理论知识-经典管理案例讨论-ERP沙盘模拟训练-企业课程实践-撰写课程论文"有机结合的循序渐进式的教学新模式。This article holds that the adoption of "Principles of Management" of teaching, students should not limit their understanding or mastering on the theoretical knowledge, the management activities of the universal discipline, the basic principles and the general methods,and so on. It is more important to train students with the capacity of management practices, that is, to have the ability to apply the knowledge of management theory to solve practical management problems, and achieve a combination of theory and practice and apply what they have learned. However the traditional classroom lecture teaching mode can not achieve these goals at present. So the "Principles of Management" mode of teaching should act as the center for fostering the students' ability of management practices, take the step-by-step teaching mode of "lecturing the theory of knowledge management in detail classic management case discussions ERP sand table simulation training the practice of business courses writing courses thesis".
