摘 要:目的调查实习护生人际交往效能感现状、护患沟通能力,探讨两者之间的相关性。方法采用大学生人际交往效能感量表及护理专业学生护患沟通能力评价量表,对三级甲等医院临床实习的2005级本科及2006级大专护理学生共60名进行调查。结果实习护生人际交往效能感评分为(139.55±18.88)分,处于中等水平;护患沟通能力总得分为(151.60±18.91)分,总体处于中等水平;人际交往自我效能总分能解释护患沟通能力总变异的89.90%。结论护理教育者应重视提高护生的人际交往效能感,以增强护理学生临床护患沟通能力。Objective To investigate the ability of nurse - patient communication and the interpersonal association efficacy among student nurses,and analyze the correlation between them. Method Sixty student nurses in 3A - level hospitals were enrolled and were investigated with the College Students Sense of Interpersonal Association Efficacy Scale and the nurse - patient communication ability questionnaire. Results The average score of interpersonal association efficacy was 139.55 ± 18.88. The average score of nurse - patient communication ability was 151.60 ± 18.91. They were in the medium level. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that students interpersonal association efficacy was correlated with their total variance of the nurse - patient communication ability (R^2 = 0. 899 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Nursing educators should attach importance to enhancing students'interpersonal association efficacy, which is helpful to improve their cilincal communication ability.
