摘　　要：教育感情是教育世界的活动者对教育人事的好恶体验,具有职业性、教育性与表演性。教育感情的基本要素可分解为观念、体验、表达与评价,它们之间相互作用构成教育感情的机制。教育感情与教育效果的关系不是机械对应的,适宜的教育感情可因情境需要发挥增力或减力作用。Educational emotion is the experience of the likes and dislikes of the activists in educational world toward the people and things of education with professionalization, instructiveness and performativity. The basic elements of the educational emotion can be divided into concept, experience, expression and evaluation, whose interaction constitutes the mechanism of educational emotion. The relationship between educational emotion and educational result is not mechanically corresponding. The suitable educational emotion can play the boosting or de-boosting role according to the need of situation.
