摘  要:在儿童文学阅读中,由于儿童读者的年龄特殊性,他们不具备或不完全具备独立阅读儿童文学作品的能力,因此有了成人阅读指导者的存在。在文本面前,指导者与儿童一样是"读者",他们之间的关系是平等的,只有"先读"者与"后读"者的区别。在阅读指导过程中,指导者为儿童阅读提供引导、帮助,是沟通文本与儿童读者的"中介"。故而,儿童文学阅读指导者应是儿童的理解者、解放者,是儿童文学的热爱者,是儿童阅读的引导者和帮助者。The children don t have or fully have the ability of reading the works of children s literature independently because of the peculiarity of their age, hence the existence of adult instructors.While reading the works the instructors are also readers just as the children.They are equal.The only difference between them is first reader and second reader .When they instruct the children the instructors offer guidance and help to them.They are the bridge of the works and the children readers.So the instructors are supposed to be the people who understand, liberate and love children's literature. Also they are the guiders and helpers of the children.
