关于大学生职业发展教育师资队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：大学生职业发展教育师资队伍建设滞后已成为制约大学生职业发展教育的瓶颈。分析大学生职业发展教育师资队伍现状及成因,从社会、学校、教师自身三个层面寻找对策,解决大学生职业发展教育师资队伍建设问题,促进大学生职业发展教育的开展。The construction of teaching staff lag behind has become a bottleneck to construct the education for college students＇ career development. In the paper the present situation and causes were analyzed, countermeasures were searched from three levels of society, college and teachers, in order to solve the problems in the construction of teaching staff, and to improve the education of college students＇ career development.
